Cozy 2 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Thekla area and is just 20min walk to the beautiful Ayia Thekla beach, 15min walk to the nearest supermarket,just a few min driving to Waterpark,Marina & Agia Napa. In the house you will find fully equipped kitchen,washing machine,dinning and sitting areas with TV,toilet and 2 bedroom.Everytime we provide freshly clean bed linens and towels(face&body) for our guests.Can sleep 4+2(kids) guests. Perfect choice for small group of families or friends.

This villa is one floor. Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave,stove,oven,fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils. Sitting area has 1 sofa (fits 5 people) and TV with satellite chanels. There is a bathroom with toilet and bath tub. There are 2 bedrooms in there. One has double bed and second bedroom has 2 single beds. Baby cot can be offered on your request for free. Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.There is 1 iron,1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa. The terrase has large landscaped gardens, fully enclosed, private swimming pool, BBQ area. Outside you will find dining table with 4 chairs, also 6 sunbeds.

Villa Stefanie locates in a quiet area. It is situated 600m from Syrens beach and 1.8km from family friendly Agia Thekla Beach and Nissaki restaurant (has a huge playground outside),WaterWorld waterpark is 3 km away. Nearest supermarket is 1km away. 3.5km distance from Nissi Avenue and 4.5km distance from famous Nissi Beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests.  In 8km away at the center of Ayia Napa town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 8km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
