It has free WiFi, air condition in every room, free parking, an outdoor swimming pool (shared). Barbeque set, hair dryer and iron is available at the apartment. Everytime on the arrival day we provide a fresh clean bed linens and towels ( bath and face) for our guests. Perfect option for families or small group of friends who wants quiet and relaxing holiday time.

Appartament is one floor.Dining area has a table with 6 chairs and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave,stove,oven,fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils.Sitting area has 1 sofa (fits 4 people) and TV with satellite chanels.There is a bathroom with toilet and bath tub.There are 2 bedrooms in the appartament. One has double bed (king size) and second bedroom has 3 single beds. The main bedroom has a safe box for your valuable items.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.There is 1 iron,1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in the appartament. The terrase has large landscaped gardens, fully enclosed and private and safe for children. There is dining table with 6 chairs and tea table with sofa and 2 chairs (fits 4 people),BBQ area. At the complex it is also communal kids pool.

Appartament Nissi Martha locates in a quiet area, only 1 minute walking distance from Nissi Avenue, and 5 minutes from famous Nissi beach.Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. 3km away at the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 4km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
