Villa Nissi Palms is situated in a quiet area in Agia Napa. It offers an outdoor private swimming pool, wonderful garden area with furniture,sunbeds and free private parking.Villa is two floor, downstairs is spacious sitting room with sattelite TV, kitchen with all cooking facilities, toilet. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and separate 2 bathrooms. Everytime for our guests we provide clean bedding linen and towels (face and body) for each guest, hair dryer and iron is available at the villa. Welcoming package is possible for extra charge. Prices are shown for 8 guests but we can acommodate up to 10 people for an extra charge/person.

This property is 15 min walk from the famous Nissi beach and 10 min walk from the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Opposite the street there is a small park for your children to play.

This 4 bedroom villa has 2 floor. In the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 8 chairs, living room with 2 sofas(3seat)and 2 armchairs , TV with satellite chanels, guest toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed,shower,toilet and another one with 2 single beds),entrance to the terrase with swimming pool, dining area (table with 8 chairs,another one table with 4 armchairs),BBQ area and sunbeds. In the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms. One has 4 single beds,bath tub and toilet and another one has 1 double bed,shower and toilet. There is 1 iron,1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.

Perfect setting for larger families or friends holidaying together. It is comfortable stay for wedding crews as it is located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Villa Nissi Palms locates in a quiet area, only 5 minutes walking distance from Nissi Avenue, and 10 minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. In 2km away at the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 3km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
