Luxurious 4 bedroom detached villa (sleeps up-to 10) with private swimming pool is located in Ayia Napa. This stunning property is just 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Nissi Beach, few steps to the shopping street and restaurants. Garden has all the facilities as sunbeds, outside furniture and BBQ set. Villa is two floor, downstairs is spacious sitting room with TV, kitchen with all cooking facilities, toilet.Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and separate 2 bathrooms. Everytime for our guests we provide clean bedding linen and towels (face and body) for each guest, hair dryer and iron is available at the villa. Welcoming package is possible for extra charge. Prices are shown for 8 guests but we can acommodate up to 10 people for an extra charge/person.

This 4 bedroom villa is 2 floor. In the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 8 chairs, living room with 2 sofas (fits 5 people), TV with satellite chanels, guest toilet,1 bedroom (2 single beds), entrance to the terrase with swimming pool, dining area (table for 8 people), BBQ area and sunbeds. In the second floor you will find 1 bathroom (bathtub and toilet) and the rest 3 bedrooms. One has 1 double bed,shower and toilet. Second has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is 1 iron, 1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.

Perfect setting for larger families or friends holidaying together. It is comfortable stay for wedding crews as it is located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Villa Nissi Crystal locates in a quiet area, only 2 minutes walking distance from Nissi Avenue, and 5 minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. In 2.5km away at the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 3km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
