This 5 bedroom villa is 2 floor. In the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with washing machine,fridge,dishwasher. Also dining table and 8 chairs, living room with 2 sofas (fits 10 people), TV with satellite chanels, fireplace, bathroom with toilet and bathtub, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), entrance to the terrase with swimming pool, dining area (table with 8 chairs),sitting area with outside furniture and sunbeds, BBQ area. In the second floor you will find the rest 4 bedrooms. One has double bed,shower and toilet. Second has 1 double and 1 single beds,shower and toilet. Third and fourth bedrooms has x2 single beds,shower and toilet in each one. There is 1 iron, 1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.

Villa Eva locates in a quiet area, only 4 minutes walking distance from Nissi Avenue, and 8 minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. In 2km away at the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 3km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
