Cozy 3 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Thekla area and is just 7 min walk to the beautiful Ayia Thekla beach,50 metres to the nearest supermarket,just a few min driving to Waterpark,Marina & Agia Napa.House is 2 floor, in the 1st you will find fully equipped kitchen,washing machine,dryer,dinning and sitting areas with TV,toilet room. In 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everytime we will provide freshly clean bed linens and towels(face&body) for our guests.Can sleep up to7 guests.

This 3 bedroom villa is 2 floor. In the first floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs, living room with 2 sofas(3 and 2 seat) and 1 armchair, TV with satellite chanels, guest toilet, entrance to the terrase with swimming pool, dining area (table for 6 people), BBQ area and sunbeds. In the second floor you will find 1 bathroom (bathtub and toilet) and all 3 bedrooms. One has 1 double bed and 1 single bed,shower and toilet. Second has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is 1 iron, 1 hair dryer and 1 safebox in villa.Air conditioning system is installed in every room and bedroom.

Villa Argyro locates in a quiet area. It is situated 300m from Pagida beach and 500m from family friendly Agia Thekla Beach and Nissaki restaurant (has a huge playground outside),WaterWorld waterpark is 1.5 km away. Nearest supermarket is 50m away. 2.2km distance from Nissi Avenue and 3.2km distance from famous Nissi Beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc. It also takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It’s difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests.  In 6.5km away at the center of Ayia Napa town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. Up to Monastery you will find the famous bars and clubs street. 6.5km away romantic Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit place with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.
